Average Weekly Schedule: (currently on hold due to COVID-19)

Zazen: Tues – Thurs 6:15-7:15 am

Local Students: Vary with student’s needs but Beginners:
Tues – Thurs: 6:30 – 8:30PM
Sat: 1-3 pm

Uchi Deshi: approximate schedule:
5:15-7:15 am: Zazen
7:30-8:30 Iai
8:30-9: breakfast
9-10: Soji (cleaning dojo)
10-12: SR training: kihon (basics), Ukemi (falling), kata (forms), nage waza (throws),Goshinjutsu (self defense), bunkai (application of kata)
12-1: cross training (trail run or plyometrics/ wts/ stretching/ HIIT set)
1-2: lunch
2-3: reading/ lectures
3-5: focus training: newaza (ground work) or nitan bo (sticks)/ tanto (knife)
5-6: dinner
6-6:30: lecture/ reading
6:30-9: evening formal class

9:30-10 Zazen
